Dear Church Family,

The following quote is a most beautiful one to remember!

There has been provision made for us.… Angels of God that excel in strength, are sent to minister to those who shall be heirs of salvation. These angels, when they see that we are doing the very utmost on our part to be overcomers, will do their part, and their light will shine around about us, and sway back the influence of the evil angels that are around us, and will make a fortification around us as a wall of fire.—The Review and Herald, April 19, 1870.

In the news:

  1.  Tomorrow we will celebrate the Lord’s supper with a communion service.  The orchestra will be playing as well. I will share the morning message.
  2. There will be no fellowship lunch for the remainder of the year due to the holidays..
  3. AYA will feature our Adventurer’s tomorrow night at 5pm.
  4. The school provided an EXCELLENT Christmas program last night.  We are most blessed!
  5. Our Church Christmas Offering this season will be divided between two on-going projects that are begging for completion: (1) the “visual” part of the Audio/Visual upgrade project we have been working toward for so long; and (2) roof repair on the CSC building, so that it no longer leaks anywhere. There have been major contributions made to both projects, but each still needs several thousand dollars to complete. Any amount contributed in excess of these projects will be used toward completion of the “audio” phase of the A/V upgrade. Contributions to the Christmas Offering will be most welcome from now through Sabbath December 31, 2016.
  6. Beginning Wednesday, January 4, we will begin a new verse by verse study of Ezekiel.  It was voted by the current class to study Ezekiel and we wanted to invite you to join us either at the 10:30am study or the 6:30pm study each Wednesday in the new year.
  7. The church office will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday next week due to the holidays.

Blessings as you prepare for the coming Sabbath!
In His Service,
Pastor Jeremy
